I hired An Affair to remember to do a function for my work, the staff was amazing and helped out tremendously. I wish i could say the same for the owner of the Company Paul Kent. He was very slow at returning emails and impossible to get a hold of on the phone. A week after the event i received a bill for overages that where not explained at the time of booking the event. I called to inquire, its funny Paul called me back the next day when he wanted something(money). I disputed the charges and he got upset and very arrogant with me. I advised him that i would not pay the full amount of an additional $1000 for what i consider to be things that should have been included in the original price. I offered to pay half $500 he was not impressed with this offer and said this would become a legal matter if i did not pay. I told him to go ahead knowing i would win in small claims court and it would cost him more then i owed him. Buyer be ware you really do get what you pay for.
