As a whole, the company is horrible.
Recipes and the ideas are great, its the execution that has turned them belly-up. No food safety what so ever. Every single kitchen staff member is foreign and can't read or write in english (can't pass a food safety if you don't speak the language). Kitchen is crawling with cockroaches. I've seen them on sets and in the trucks. NOTHING is ever cleaned, last years food is still on all of the equipment. Can't touch anything of theres with out getting gunk on your hands.
Management + owner ....are breaking a LOT of laws. - No food safety required from staff, over time is paid in cash to keep it off the books, all concerts are 'off the books', staff rarely are paid on time or in full, raises are taken after being given....you name it, these guys have found a way to get away with it.
