Not impressed with the owner

Someone should tell the shop owner that sometimes people will park in front of your business because they want to come in and discuss catering options and not be told off two seconds later for accidentally parking in their "family's" spot. When you apologize and say you'll move the car, maybe the shop owner should say thank-you and not keep harping on you about the spot. You're costing yourself business and recommendations.
